OVERVIEW

CAD Solutions simplifies the process of computer aided dispatching for 911, fire departments, police departments and other law enforcement agencies. This software provides a method to record Times, Addresses, Complainants and other information related to the call, in addition to displaying the status of all open incidents and officers on duty, allowing quick access to important records. This program offers a software solution to the task of dispatching - Drag and Drop Interface, Silent Dispatch, Radio Log, Reports and much more.

The Active Call & Radio Log is the "central hub", from which most functions of CAD Solutions can be launched. Use this form to bring units, ambulances, and wreckers into service. When inserting a new call for service (incident), this is the first bit of info you will complete. Notes that you enter about an incident can be retrieved and read later by other dispatchers and yourself.

Use this tab of an Incident record when updating the incident (editing signal codes) and closing (dispositions). When a BOLO is issued, you can enter it into the system using this form. The information is sent to all CAD workstations as well as Moile units if the Mobile Data application is installed. Pass-Ons are non-crime related notes, such as administration info. A Speed Log is a record in the radio log that you do not want associated with an incident, such as Lunch Break. Speed Logs can be converted to Incidents.

Use this form to view the details of each incident associated with a particular address. Update the incident with specific officer activity times.
