i/tx´s SI 3000 System is a complete set of software modules that provide a simple and cost effective means for implementing and integrating City/County/State wide Electronic Document/Photo Management Systems within all PTS applications.

The SI-3000 Enterprise Manager Module (EMM) is browser-based, and will allow an unlimited number of users, with 5 concurrent to search and view documents, including mobile devices. From within the EMM Viewer, a user has the option to search, view, print, create PDFs, import, export and e-mail, depending upon the user´s level of security.

Sl-3000 VFC allows for scanning of images, not created in PTS applications, directly into SI-3000’s Electronic File Folder. SI-VFC Scan/QA workstation provides the ability to capture, index and store large volumes of documents and link them directly to PTS databases.

Using Windows Twain USB compatible document scanners, paper can be converted to electronic images at a rate between 36 and 160 pages per minute. It provides the ability to view, quality check and index the scanned images. SI-3000 interactively verifies key index information against the host database when performing the index function.
