APPARATUS RECORD
This browsing form is the starting point for most incident-related features, such as searching, creating, editing and deleting.
This is the first form you will see when creating a record of a fire incident; basic info is entered here, and buttons enable access to other details of the incident, such as involved parties, fire details, structure details, etc.
Use the Parties Involved form to link individuals/companies to incidents and specify their involvement in the incident (officer, owner, wrecking company, etc).
You can document the activity and details of fire trucks and other fire equipment at the scene.

ADDRESS RECORD
You can go into a great amount of detail when documenting the characteristics of the fire involved in an incident, such as actions taken to fight the fire, hazardous materials present at the location, property details and mobile property details.
The Structure Fire module allows you to enter details about any structure that caught fire.
Document every detail related to the storage of hazardous materials as related to the incident.
When adding an address record, you can add street address info, phone numbers, and info about the nearest EMS, Fire and Police departments. The Show Alert option allows dispatchers to enter any information about the address that should be readily and easily available to officers having dealings with the address.
