The PTS Messenger program was designed to provide both online and offline messaging capability.

Although accessible from within PTS modules, Messenger actually runs as a separate application and may be enabled on workstations that are not running PTS applications.

• Send and reply messages to single or multiple recipients.
• Set up User Groups.
• See who's online and who's offline with just a quick glance.
• If a message arrives at a point in which you can't read it immediately, you can set a reminder to display it again a specified amount of minutes later.
• If you're not online at the time someone sends you a message, have it forwarded to your email address.
• Create "To Do" lists and set a time to be alerted for each item.
• Tweak preferences in a myriad of ways to suit your style and needs.
