Although accessible from within PTS modules, Messenger actually runs as a separate application and may be enabled on workstations that are not running PTS applications.

NEW USER GROUP
This form displays a list of online contacts right next to a list of offline contacts.
In the Main Window's Messages tab, you can list all messages or filter by inbox, received, sent, drafts, unread, marked, trash and more.
You can find, create, or send messages to user groups from the "User Groups" window.
User groups provide you with the ability to send instant messages to a group of users. User groups can be either personal (just the creator can see and send to it) or public (each member of the user group can see and send to it.)
