PTS Solutions has been developing justice system software for over 20 years. In 1988, we introduced our first DOS-based court module and soon followed its success with police records, jail and booking packages. A Windows-based Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and a fire package were added in the mid-1990s. Our current distributions are entirely Windows-based products.

Over 200 clients are currently using PTS Solutions products in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Washington and West Virginia. Among these are Municipal Police Departments, Courts, Prosecutors, Marshals and Fire Departments, as well as County (Parish) Law Enforcements Agencies, District Attorneys, Correctional Facilities and Communication Centers.
