PTS Solutions has been developing justice system software for over 20 years. In 1988, we introduced our first DOS-based court module and soon followed its success with police records, jail and booking packages. A Windows-based Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and a fire package were added in the mid-1990s. Our current distributions are entirely Windows-based products. Over 100 clients are currently using PTS Solutions products in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Washington and West Virginia. Among these are Municipal Police Departments, Courts, Prosecutors, Marshals and Fire Departments, as well as County (Parish) Law Enforcements Agencies, District Attorneys, Correctional Facilities and Communication Centers. |
PTS Solutions Homeland Safety Software consists of independent modules that, when combined, operate with a seamless flow of information. Whether you are interested in a single module or the entire safety package, we have the program to fit your agency's needs. Many safety programs on the market today require multiple employees to insert identical information into their system. Our program's seamless flow of information means your agency will have the ability to import and export information from one module to another. | Justice Court Tests Video Arraignments |

NATCHEZ — Justice Court Judge Charlie Vess peered at Jessie Penton while giving the prisoner a bond reduction, but Penton wasn’t in shackles. This is because Vess was looking at Penton through a monitor of a newly purchased videoconference system that connects the county jail to the justice court through a phone line, and the prisoner never left the county jail." | Adams County To Test PTS Video Arraignments |
| Adams County (Mississippi) Sheriff Chuck Mayfield announced this week that the County Board of Supervisors will allow PTS Solutions to place Video Arraignment equipment into the Adams County Justice Court and the Adams County Jail on a trial basis. The setup will allow inmates to communicate with the court via a video phone system.
"This process eliminates the security risk and the manpower requirements of moving inmates from the jail to the court," explained PTS President Dave Fuqua. "This technology is new to our product line and is a smart fit with our other Jail, Court and Law Enforcement modules." To read more about the announcement click here.
