I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how happy my department is to have PTS as its law enforcement software provider. What is especially important to us is your customer support department. Whether it is Jessica, Mike, Dwayne or Rhonda that answers, our questions and concerns are addressed quickly and accurately. Even more, your support personnel are happy to speak to us as people. We are treated with respect by people that are happy to help. Many companies forget that the customer is the reason they exist. Often times these companies treat a customer with questions as an annoyance. Your company KNOWS that it exists because of its customers and treats each one of us like family. That’s a rare thing these days.

Our 911 Center has been operating on the PTS CAD system since July 1 st, 2004. Our dispatchers have been very satisfied with the user friendly aspect of the system. It is very easy to understand and most if not all of the applications are self explanatory.

The transition from our old system went very smoothly and training was very minimal. When we find that we have to hire new employees, they pick up on the functions of the PTS CAD system very quickly.

Our Sales Representative in Greenbriar County has always been very helpful. The support from our Sales Representative has been ongoing and he has never failed to support our staff when needed.

We a had an unexpected SQL server crash. As a result several tables from our SQL database got corrupted. I worked with the PTS staff virtually all night on getting this resolved. The knowledge and work ethic of your staff saved us from a potentially damaging situation. It is my understanding that one of your employees Carl Jones was the main player on the PTS staff that made this happen.
