The tabbed interface of the ID form allows administrators to enter a lot of info in a compact space.
Administrators predefine course codes/descriptions so that when you are scheduling a a training session, you can simply select the appropriate code from the list instead of typing it all out.
Administrators can enter a great amount of detail about each department firearm.
Each piece of department-issued equipment can be fully catalogued.

The Training Module provides one central location from which to browse and view training records and schedule new sessions.
The Records Management form presents training sessions in a tree view format, grouped according to courses. Sessions can also be scheduled starting from this form.
This form is used to schedule a training session for individuals.
When scheduling a training session for an individual, the individual's ID record is easily selected from the database.
